  • Contact form submissions: name, email, Telegram/WhatsApp handle, project description, budget range, timeline preference.
  • Analytics: page views and interaction events via Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics. These are aggregated and do not personally identify you.
  • Calendar bookings: if you book a call via Cal.com, Cal.com's privacy policy applies to that data.

3. How We Use It

  • To respond to your inquiry and scope your project.
  • To send project-related communications (no marketing emails without consent).
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

4. What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not store payment information — payments are processed via bank wire or third-party crypto wallets.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years to support ongoing client relationships. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@yott.dev.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us at hello@yott.dev and we will respond within 30 days.

For an MVP, we typically aim for 4-8 weeks. Complex enterprise solutions can take 3-6 months. We break everything down into 2-week sprints so you see progress constantly.

Absolutely. Every project comes with 3 months of free dedicated support to handle bugs and minor tweaks. After that, we offer retainer packages for ongoing maintenance and scaling.

We accept payments through multiple modes including bank transfers, online payments, crypto payments and escrow services. We ensure secure and transparent transactions.

Yes. We perform a code audit first to understand the quality and architecture. If it's solid, we build on top. If it's a house of cards, we'll feature-flag and refactor gradually.
